You are challenged to develop resilience, humility, and godliness, growing daily in grace to sustain fruitful ministry (Galatians 5:22-23).

Frequently Asked Questions

Across Tribes School of Missions and Evangelism (ATSOME) is a dynamic, interdenominational training ground birthed out of deep spiritual conviction. It exists to raise a new generation of evangelists, pastors, teachers, apostles and everyone who desires to see God's Word reach the reached, least reached and unreached population, who are not only anointed to preach, but are shaped by the very heart and character of Christ.

ATSOME was established in response to a growing need within the Body of Christ — the need for ministers who carry true spiritual weight, responsibility, and sacrificial commitment. Many step into ministry without a genuine burden for souls or the discipline required for Kingdom service. ATSOME is here to change that narrative.

This bootcamp is intensive and demanding, calling for total dedication from every participant. It is designed to cultivate the believer in all aspects of life:

  • Spiritually — to grow in intimacy with God and walk in true authority.
  • Mentally — to develop clarity, conviction, and biblical understanding.
  • Physically — to build the stamina and discipline necessary for the demands of field ministry.

The program combines structured virtual classroom training with hands-on, physical evangelistic outreach. Each participant is shaped through mentorship, rigorous teaching, and practical missions experience. Tutors are prayerfully selected to guide trainees toward maturity in their calling.

ATSOME is not just another program. It is a divine platform entrusted to this generation — a movement raising true Gospel carriers who will bear the cross and carry the burden of Christ to the nations.

Vision

To see a generation of Christ-centered evangelists and ministers raised with the heart, character, and power of Christ to take the Gospel to the reached, least reached, and unreached nations of the world.

Mission
  • To train and equip believers through intensive spiritual, mental, and physical development for effective Kingdom service.
  • To cultivate ministers who carry a genuine burden for souls and live with sacrificial commitment to the Great Commission.
  • To provide a Spirit-led bootcamp that blends deep biblical teaching, practical evangelism, and mentorship to shape Gospel carriers with true spiritual authority.
  • To serve as a divine platform for raising ambassadors who will bear the cross and spread the Gospel with integrity, discipline, and compassion across all nations.

ATSOME is open to all Spirit-filled believers, missionaries, and emerging Christian leaders— regardless of denominational background—who carry a passion for evangelism and discipleship. Whether you're just beginning your journey or already active in ministry, ATSOME is structured to equip you with the practical tools and spiritual depth required for impactful soul-winning and leadership. While prior ministry experience is welcomed, it is not a prerequisite. The program is tailored to develop both new and seasoned believers into effective Gospel laborers.

To qualify, applicants must be at least 18 years old, genuinely born again, demonstrate evidence of true repentance, and carry a clear sense of calling into ministry. Applicants will also be required to provide spiritual references—trusted individuals in positions of spiritual authority—who can affirm their character, calling, and readiness for ministry training.

Upon successful completion of the bootcamp and fulfillment of all program requirements, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.

The Across Tribes School of Missions and Evangelism (ATSOME) stands out as a spiritually-driven, mission-focused training experience designed to raise committed soul-winners. Unlike conventional programs, ATSOME blends deep biblical teaching, spiritual formation, and practical evangelism into one intensive journey. Trainees are equipped not only to preach the Gospel but to live it—growing in character, purpose, and power. With hands-on outreach, a strong sense of accountability, and an unwavering focus on the Great Commission, ATSOME prepares believers to carry the burden of Christ across tribes and nations.

ATSOME is a hybrid program, combining both physical gatherings and online sessions for flexibility and wider reach.

ATSOME training is offered free of charge as part of our mission to equip Kingdom laborers. Qualified applicants receive the in-class training at no cost. However, fees related to application forms and certification are currently being finalized.

Because the training culminates in students hosting mass crusades and engaging in evangelistic outreach, some personal financial contribution is necessary to cover these practical ministry expenses. All costs will be transparently communicated in an official letter, which students must acknowledge through the portal before proceeding.

Importantly, raising funds to support these activities is not merely logistical — it is a vital expression of faith. Faith is a core requirement for admission into ATSOME, and the act of trusting God to provide for ministry needs through fundraising reflects the heart of a true laborer in the harvest. As Scripture reminds us, “Without faith it is impossible to please God” (Hebrews 11:6), and Jesus calls us to “take no thought for your life... your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things” (Matthew 6:25-26).

The funds raised will directly sustain the bootcamp’s evangelistic projects, affirming that this is a self-supported mission of God’s people. Scholarships will also be made available to assist those who need financial help.

We believe that when students invest their resources and prayers into the work, their commitment deepens — for truly, “where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” (Matthew 6:21).

ATSOME typically runs for 3 months, with weekly teachings, mentorship, and special outreach activities scheduled throughout the program. Topics include evangelism, spiritual authority, healing and deliverance, discipleship, missions, leadership, prayer, hermeneutics (biblical interpretation), and the work of the Holy Spirit.
