Across Tribes Missionary Society
Membership & Outreach Guidelines
III. Nature of Society Support
Graphics & Promotion: We provide professional branding (flyers, banners, saved slips) and digital promotion via our social media handles and sponsored Facebook advertisements.
Mobilization & Resources: Members gain access to our evangelistic training manuals and a mobilized volunteer force, including ushers, counselors, and technical crews.
Prayer Covering: We maintain active intercessory support and organized prayer chains for every member's mission and protection.
Financial & Strategic Support: Based on our current position, the society provides funding ranging from modest to substantial, alongside free consultations and direct insight from our Crusade Director.
Legal Advocacy: Should a member be detained specifically for preaching the Gospel or engaging in ministry-related activities, the organization will provide legal counsel, representation, and liaison with law enforcement.
II. Code of Conduct (Crusades & Outreaches)
- Financial Integrity: Soliciting funds or donations using the "Across Tribes" name via social media or personal requests is strictly prohibited. We demand the highest level of financial transparency.
- No Commercialization: The sale of "holy water," salt, hand bands, or any spiritual merchandise is strictly forbidden. Our focus is the Gospel, not commerce.
- Spiritual Purity: Use of occult or fetish practices is a grave breach of our values. Any member found guilty faces immediate public excommunication and legal disassociation.
- Outreach Planning: Hosts/member must provide 3-4 weeks' written notice and a detailed budget before any meeting. All events must be held under the "Across Tribes Missionary Society" name.
- Offerings: Financial offerings or monetary transactions are not permitted during or after a crusade or meeting, except where expressly approved within a specific context.
- Reporting: A comprehensive report—including professional-quality photos, attendance, and expenditure—must be sent to [email protected] following the event.
- Leadership Eligibility: To host a meeting or lead a project, members must have served actively for at least 6 months and maintained a blameless moral and spiritual standing.
I. Guidelines for Membership
- Official Registration: All applications must be submitted via our official website for recognition.
- Training Pathway: While full accreditation requires completion of both the Induction Training Course (ITC) and the Across Tribes School of Evangelism and Ministry (ATSOME), applicants may be formally incorporated into the Society upon finishing the ITC, provided their ATSOME enrollment is in progress.
- Active Status: Active membership requires payment of the annual subscription fee, which serves as a token of commitment.
- Outreach Eligibility: Members must have served actively with a Team for at least 6 months and successfully completed the Induction Training Classes (ITC) before being eligible to host a meeting.
- Doctrinal Alignment: All members and hosts must adhere to the core values, doctrinal principles, and moral standards of Across Tribes, maintaining a lifestyle free from criminal or immoral offense.
- Accountability: Membership and its associated privileges may be revoked if the organization's written or unwritten standards are violated.
