Across Tribes Membership Guidelines
Guidelines for Membership
- All membership applications must be submitted through our official website. Applications submitted through any other means will not be recognized or processed.
- Only active members of Across Tribes Missionary Society are eligible to host a meeting. Active membership is defined as regular attendance at revival meetings and the annual conference.
- Applicants must have served actively with a Team for at least 6 months prior to hosting a meeting.
- Hosts must accept and adhere to the doctrinal principles and core values of Across Tribes Missionary Society.
- Successful completion of the Induction Training Classes (ITC) is mandatory.
- Hosts must maintain a good moral standing and not be guilty of any immoral or criminal offenses.
- Membership privileges will be revoked immediately if any written or unwritten rules are violated.
- Active membership requires payment of the annual subscription fee, which serves as a token of commitment.
Code of Conduct/ Guidelines for Crusade/Event/Outreaches
- No member is permitted to use the name "Across Tribes Missionary Society" to solicit for funds or donations through any channel or means, including social media, email, or in-person requests.
- Members are expected to maintain the highest level of financial integrity and transparency.
- Any member found to be using occult or fetish means to conduct crusades or ministry activities will face severe consequences.
- Such behavior will be considered a serious breach of the organization's values and principles.
- The organization reserves the right to publicly deny and excommunicate any member found guilty of such practices.
- The selling of holy water, salt, hand bands, or any other form of merchandise is strictly prohibited during crusades, meetings, or any other ministry activity.
- Members are not allowed to use the organization's platform to promote or sell personal merchandise.
- The focus of our ministry is on spreading the Gospel and making disciples, not on commercializing spiritual practices or products.
- A minimum of 3-4 weeks' written notice is required before hosting a meeting, including a detailed budget.
- Meetings must be held under the name Across Tribes Missionary Society. After winning souls, hosts may disciple and establish them within the ministries that have doctrinal alignment with Across Tribes Missionary Society.
- Hosts are expected to maintain the high standards of excellence that Across Tribes Missionary Society is known for.
- No financial transactions or offerings are permitted before, during, or after the meeting/crusade.
- A comprehensive report of the meeting, including high-quality images (taken with a professional camera), dates, times, and expenditure reports, must be submitted to the Crusade Director at [email protected].
Nature of Support
Financial Support
• Financial funding will be provided, ranging from modest to substantial, based on the ministry's current financial position
Graphic and promotional Support
• Graphic designs which include expectation, just got saved slips, flyer, poster and banners
• Promotion via our social media handlers
• Facebook Sponsored Ads.
Prayer Support
- Intercessory prayer: Encourage members to pray for one another's crusades, asking for God's guidance, protection, and empowerment.
- Prayer chains: Organize prayer chains or prayer meetings to specifically pray for members' crusades.
Legal Aid
If a member is arrested or detained for preaching the Gospel, evangelizing, or engaging in other ministry-related activities, the organization will provide legal assistance and representation.
- This support may include, but is not limited to:
- Provision of legal counsel and representation
- Assistance with bail and court proceedings
- Advocacy and liaison with law enforcement and government agencies
Others
• Free supervision and consultations.
• Registered members are entitled to either direct involvement of our crusade director or his insights
• Volunteer mobilization to support members' crusades, such as ushers, counselors, or technical crew.
• Access to our evangelistic resources/training manuals.
